This February Canberra is in for what is becoming a bit of a tradition - an annual visit from Wil Anderson, one of Australia’s finest comedians. Wil will be performing in the intimate surroundings of the Courtyard Studio at the Canberra Theatre Centre for four days at the end of the month. Wil is coming to town for the third year in a row to develop his brand new stand up show for 2008 - BeWILdered. The critically acclaimed and hugely successful shows Wil of God and Wil Communication have both been born at the Courtyard Studio where Wil has found a supportive and inspiring environment to create his shows. Wil is one of Australia’s most experienced comedians. In 2005 and 2006 he undertook nation wide tours performing to more than 75,000 people in two years. Touring this extensively makes for one switched on, match fit, top of his game comedian and quite frankly that is exactly the state that we find Wil Anderson in at the beginning of 2008. (Well, apart from the manboobs, but we can’t all be perfect).
